EMC offers a comprehensive benefit package to our full-time employees. Regardless of if you are in the office or in the field, you and your family are eligible for coverage. Health and Welfare Insurance:

• Health insurance: Comprehensive medical benefits are offered through a PPO plan including a prescription drug plan.
• Vision insurance: When you select the vision plan, coverage includes frames, lenses or contacts in addition to a routine check-up.
• Dental insurance: Preventative care is 100% covered. You have the option to use in-network or out of network providers.
• Short-term disability: Participation in the short-tem disability plan gives employees piece of mind, paying 60 percent of base salary to provide non-taxable income in the event employees are out of work due to illness or disability.
• Life insurance:We provide a basic life insurance policy of $20,000.00. Employees can purchase additional coverage for themselves and their family under the supplemental life insurance plan.
• Accidental death and dismemberment: EMC provides a benefit of 20,000.00.

Once eligible for the Quanta 401k plan, employees are 100% vested in their 401k plan.

-PE and other required licensure fee reimbursement - At EMC we recognize the importance of obtaining and maintaining required licensing. We will reimburse individuals for PE/FE exams and assist with training classes. In addition we will reimburse for maintaining required licenses.
